Cash
Cash was saved from a box with a "for sale" sign with six littermates. Adopted at about 3 months old, Cash has come back to SCGSR due to a family tragedy.
Cash has gone back into foster care with his original foster family. He loves to
play with the other puppies in his home. Cash minds really well, and is pretty much a velcro dog. He jumps baby gates, so a 6' fence would be best for him. His foster family adores him. Cash is housebroken and potties on command, he crates easily, could probably sleep out of the crate fine, knows his basic commands, "sit", "down", "crate", "potty", loves attention (who doesn't) and likes stuffed squeaky toys and bones. His forever family will have an awesome dog. Cash has lived with a cat, but he likes nothing better than to chase them and most likely no kitty will be fond of him!
If you would like to meet Cash, please fill out our online application. This is the starting point in adopting from SCGSR. We strive to keep our website current within 24 hours. If you see a dog on our site, it is most likely available. The more information you give us about your dog experience, your home, your fence, children and other pets, the better we can do to match you with one of our dogs. Keep in mind that we may be working with prior applicants.
Our adoption donations are tax deductible and range from $300 to $500. Dogs will be spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations, and in most instances they will be microchipped. To those big hearted people willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems, we will work with you on adoption donation amounts.
The adoption process involves an application, a telephone interview, a meeting with our dogs and then a home and fence check. In certain cases photos of your house and yard may be substituted for a home check.
