Daphne
Daphne is a beautiful girl who found herself in a shelter just before giving birth to six puppies. None of the rescues closer to her could take her, they were full. Two wonderful volunteers transported Daphne and her puppies many miles to safety in San Diego, and Daphne's foster mom generously jumped in with both feet, learning how to care not just for a foster dog, but for a brand new foster girl who just had six puppies.

Daphne was a wonderful mom, all her puppies are now grown and adopted. She's very loyal and loving to her foster family. Daphne is great around other big dogs, but she would also be happy and content as an only dog with a layed-back kind of schedule. We would like to find Daphne a home where she can be queen of her castle and get all the loving she deserves.
