Every foster home provides an opening to rescue a dog. We can fit a foster dog to your home based on environment and temperament. All you need is love and we take care of the rest. You provide the food, basic supplies, and a caring home. We provide veterinary care and guidance. And the dog will reward you with love, joy, and the satisfaction of having saved a life.
If you would like to foster, please fill out our foster application and our short volunteer application so that we can best match you with one of our orphans and include you in our esteemed group of volunteers that have opened up their homes to help a friend in need get a fresh start!
The Benefits of Fostering
Rather than waiting for a forever home in a kennel or a boarding facility, fostering allows a dog to live a normal homelife and can help better prepare it for life with a new family. Fostering is also an excellent opportunity to learn more about the dog to help place it in an ideal forever home. Some dogs may have undergone surgery or other major veterinary treatment and require aftercare to help them recover before they are ready for adoption.
