Sponsorship is a great way to help a dog until it can find a forever home, especially if you aren't able to adopt. Sponsoring a dog helps SCGSR pay for veterinary care, vaccinations, spay/neuter, food, transport, supplies, shelter fees and boarding. The average cost of caring for our dogs far exceeds our adoption donations. If a dog needs surgery or specialized care, costs can reach thousands of dollars.
You can sponsor a dog for $25 or more. A dog can have more than one sponsor who all generously help with its expenses. Your name or the name of a gift recipient will be listed on the dog's webpage. This is also a great way to honor a pet! Choose a sponsorship level below or make a onetime sponsorship donation, then e-mail Marcy and let her know how you would like your short sponsorship information to read on your dog's page. Once the dog is adopted you can choose another dog or cancel your monthly sponsorship through PayPal. Its that easy!
