SCGSR is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. SCGSR's mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, provide spay neuter, veterinary care and rehome German Shepherds in Southern California. SCGSR receives no public subsidies and is funded solely through the generous donations of our adopters and supporters. Join our family. When you see this message on a dog's photo or bio page, he or she is in boarding and in desperate need of a foster home. If you can help, all you need to do is send us an email. Even fostering a dog for a week gives him or her a break from the shelter/boarding environment and helps calm the dog and make it more adoptable.
