  Nikki
Nikki, 18 months old, is a princess in training. Beautiful, delicate and reserved, Nikki had quickly wrapped the shelter workers around her paw. This is unheard of: she was allowed to live in the break room, sleeping on the sofa and being fed special tidbits by the staff. We mean Costco Chicken! And yummy canned food! At the shelter!
Let us tell you how Nikki works her magic. When you first meet Nikki, she looks a everyone need dora games to play
bit afraid, and looks away from your eyes and shrinks from your hand. If you sit quietly (on the sofa) at Nikki's side and ignore her for a bit, she relaxes. She leaves her sofa to see if any tidbits were left around from lunch. Since you woke her up, she might as well check it out.
We joke, but its true that Nikki is a sensitive girl, and would just love to find a home that understood her need to be pursued, but gently. A dog like Nikki is likely to become a dog of a lifetime.
