Owen
I'm Owen, and I'm a four month old German Shepherd puppy. I was found eating out of a trash can by a good Samaratin who helped me find SCGSR. I've already put that behind me and I know I'm intended for the good things in life!
I'm really excited to free best dora candyland games
join my forever family--my foster mom says I'm very handsome, and the vet thinks I'm going to be a big boy when I grow up! I love to go for walks--I prance right next to you on my leash, and I love riding in the car--but I still need a little help getting in! I've met big dogs and little dogs--I still get a little nervous meeting big dogs for the first time, but after about five minutes, all I want to do is play. I love kids, and I'm learning to sit for them to pet me, even though it's really hard not to get excited. I'm almost totally housebroken, and I sleep through the night in my crate. My foster mom says that I love to learn, and that I'm smart and adaptable. I know to chew on my toys, and not the couch or her shoes.
I don't really like to left alone, so I'd love to have another doggie friend to hang out with. I can't wait to go to puppy kindergarden, obedience class, the beach, the park, and all the other fun places of the world with my forever family! Will it be you?
Puppies are a 10 to 15 year commitment. Please consider adoption carefully and make sure you're in a position to always have a home for your pet. Puppies require hours of attention and training every day. Their health care can be expensive and you can expect to pay over $1,000 a year to keep your pet fed and healthy.
If you would like to meet Owen, please fill out our online application. This is the starting point in adopting from SCGSR. We strive to keep our website current within 24 hours. If you see a dog on our site, it is most likely available. The more information you give us about your dog experience, your home, your fence, children and other pets, the better we can do to match you with one of our dogs. Keep in mind that we may be working with prior applicants.
Our adoption donations are tax deductible and range from $300 to $500. Dogs will be spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations, and in most instances they will be microchipped. To those big hearted people willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems, we will work with you on adoption donation amounts.
The adoption process involves an application, a telephone interview, a meeting with our dogs and then a home and fence check. In certain cases photos of your house and yard may be substituted for a home check.
